Uploading Certificates/Documents/Files During Registration

When registering as a Health Professional on Nexa Nurse, please read each document field carefully and upload the appropriate document in the correct field.

If you upload the wrong document in a field, your application will not be verified.

• Do not upload a different certificate or document just because it is available.
