If you are having trouble uploading your certificate during Health Professional Registration on the Nexa Nurse App, please check the following:

1. Check the file size
Each certificate or document must not be more than 10MB.

2. Check the number of documents
You can upload up to 5 documents during the registration process.

3. Check the file format
Nexa Nurse accepts the following file formats:

  • PDF
  • JPEG
  • JPG
  • PNG

If you are still unable to upload your certificate:

  • Make sure the file is in one of the accepted formats.
  • Ensure the file size is below 10MB.
  • Try uploading a different copy of the document.
  • Check that your internet connection is stable.
  • Close and reopen the app, then try again.

If the problem persists, please contact Nexa Nurse Support for assistance.
