Nexa Nurse processes Health Professional payouts daily between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM (GMT+1).

• Services completed before 6:00 AM: The payout will be processed that same day between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
• Services completed after 6:00 AM: The payout will be processed the following day between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Why Are Payouts Not Instant?

Nexa Nurse does not offer instant payouts by default. This is due to payment gateway policies and security requirements.

The payout delay allows us to properly process transactions, reduce the risk of fraudulent activities, and protect both Patients and Health Professionals on the platform.

Nexa Nurse has zero tolerance for fraudulent activities, and our payout process is designed to maintain the security and integrity of the platform.
