Nexa Nurse Pricing & Transaction Charges

At Nexa Nurse, we are committed to transparent pricing. There are no hidden charges or fees. There are three types of charges associated with transactions on the Nexa Nurse platform:

1. Payment Gateway Charge

This is the fee charged by the payment gateway for processing a patient’s payment. The patient is responsible for this charge, and it is separate from the service fee and Nexa Nurse Platform Fee.

Nigeria-Domiciled Cards

• 1.5% + ₦100
• The ₦100 fee is waived for transactions below ₦2,500.
• Local transaction fees for Nigeria-domiciled cards and bank accounts are capped at ₦2,000, meaning ₦2,000 is the maximum payment gateway charge per transaction.

International Cards

• 3.9% + ₦100

2. Nexa Nurse Platform Fee

Nexa Nurse charges a 15% Platform Fee on the Service Fee. This fee is charged to the Health Professional and is deducted from the service payment before the Health Professional’s payout.

The Health Professional receives the remaining 85% of the Service Fee after the Platform Fee has been deducted.

Example:

If the Service Fee is ₦100,000:

• Service Fee: ₦100,000
• Nexa Nurse Platform Fee (15%): ₦15,000
• Health Professional’s Payout (85%): ₦85,000

3. Withdrawal & Refund Processing Charge

This is a fee charged by the payment gateway for processing certain transactions, including:

• Payments made to Health Professionals through the withdrawal/payout process.
• Refunds processed to patients.

This charge is incurred and fully borne by Nexa Nurse. It is not deducted from the Health Professional’s payout and is not passed on to the patient.

The applicable charge may vary depending on the payment gateway’s prevailing transaction and processing fees.
