The Nexa Nurse Academy Certified Caregiver (NNACC) Certificate provides you with the knowledge, skills, and certification required to pursue a career as a caregiver.
This knowledge base provides a simple, step-by-step guide on how to enroll in and begin the NNACC Programme.
Step 1: Visit the Course Page
Visit the Nexa Nurse Academy NNACC Course Page and review the available course information.
Step 2: Click on “Enroll Course”
Click the “Enroll Course” button to begin the enrollment process.
Step 3: Log In or Sign Up
A pop-up box will appear.
- If you already have a Nexa Nurse Academy account, enter your login details and sign in.
- If you do not have an account, click the “Sign Up” link to create a new account.
Step 4: Create Your Account
If you clicked “Sign Up,” you will be taken to the registration page.
Complete the required information, including:
- Email Address
- Preferred Username
- Password
- First Name
- Last Name
After entering your details, click the “Sign Up” button.
Note: Your First Name and Last Name are very important. Please ensure that you enter your correct names, as the name provided here will be used on your certificate.
Step 5: Confirm Your Email Address
After successfully registering, you will see a notification stating:
“Confirmation link sent. Please follow the instructions sent to your email address.”
Go to your email inbox and look for an email from Nexa Nurse Academy.
Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder if you cannot find the email in your main inbox.
Step 6: Activate Your Account
Open the email from Nexa Nurse Academy requesting you to activate your account.
Click the “Activate Here” link in the email. You will be redirected to the Nexa Nurse Academy website, where your account will be activated.
Step 7: Start Your Course
Once your account has been activated, click the “Start Course” button.
Your NNACC course will begin automatically, and you can start learning immediately.
How to Continue Your Course
You can return to your course at any time and continue from where you stopped.
To continue your course:
- Click the “Login” button if you are not already logged in.
- Click “Go to Profile.”
- Locate your NNACC course.
- Click the “Continue” button.
- Continue learning from where you previously stopped.
